Blog Update October 11th 2010

Things have been a bit quiet around here lately; I haven't had a lot of time to write new content due to a heavy workload and a large project running late. I've was also on holiday for 10 days but am back now and back into getting the large project completed. I still have a lot of work to do over the next couple of months so am likely to continue posting at a rate of around 1 post per week.

Probably in December I'm going to change this blog over from the current custom built CMS (which is based on Code Igniter) to SilverStripe. Once that is complete I am intending to go through every single post on this blog and revise all content to make sure the articles are up to date and current, fix any inaccuracies in them, merge articles where appropriate, set up series of related posts, and delete anything that's no longer appropriate or relevent.
