Website Update May 7th 2009

I was without broadband at all yesterday. For some mysterious reason my connection went down around 1am on the morning of the 6th and wouldn't work at all yesterday (the 6th). Then this morning it was all working again...

I must have spent about an hour on the phone ot my ISP in the morning and all sorts of messing around with different cables, modems etc but to no avail. Apparantly they were going to have their techs look at the line etc from their end but no one called me back.

I'm still getting the odd random disconnect but it comes back online almost straight away again. Having a look at my connection log in my ISP's control panel for the last couple of days, interestingly the connection would drop on the 5th each time it got to 85.25 MB downloaded. Weird.

Anyway, the upshot of all of this is that I didn't post anything here yesterday or this morning. I'll do some catch up posts today for MySQL and PHP and then solider on.
